The design for this bottle was patented in 1927. Design Patent # 73096. The law requiring the "FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS..." embossing went into effect in 1935 so it would seem your bottle falls in this time bracket.
Rare is the case when one can pinpoint the age of a bottle so closely...
