My Demijohn reads VEBAD 34, I need more info

Hey guys!

I hope you are all safe and doing well. I recently scored a clear Demijohn for $15.

The previous owner hadn't more information about it. After reviewing it, I noticed it reads VEBAD 34 at the bottom of it.

After checking google, the only information I got is that VEBAD SPA is an Italian glass manufacturer company, but nothing about the demijohn itself (age, use, value etc)

I would appreciate any other information you can provide :)

This is either a fermenter for wine or an olive oil shipper, perhaps both in its lifetime. European origin. It would have originally had a thick raffia cover and perhaps a wood frame to protect it. Probably from the first half of the 20th Century, too recent to have much collector interest -- more of a decorator item.
