I am in Columbus, GA and frequently find OLD glass pieces in the famous Chattahoochee River! I have come across a brown bottle bottom with the famous "Ball" signature, along with the embossed "D126". Above this are the numbers "76" on top and "57" below. Below that, it reads "660-25" and below that is a maker's mark I have had no luck identifying it online: it is a square with a cross in the middle, but the cross is uneven so the squares made by it are different sizes. I have attached a before and after pic because it was almost easier to read when it was dirty! I would love to know anything about it, thanks so much in advance!
