I need help identifying, dating , and telling me if it's worth anything.

So about a year ago I dug this bottle up on my friends land in reno nv. I cant find any I fo on it and I've looked everywhere. Can anyone tell me something on the bottom of the bottle is 5-3 4816 and its hazel atlas glass company that's all I know

Hard to say exactly. One can say mid 20th century. Possibly medicine or aspirin.
