Found this ceramic or thick glass bottle cleaning out a house. Thick, white glass, almost new, but OLD. Shows boats with sails in the water with clouds, with a blue border around picture. And a windmill and houses or lanowith cluds on backside pushing out. Border around bottom about 1/2 inch. Has 5 different sections of bottle. Handle, tip, neck, body, and bottom. In shape of vase or water pourer but reads (SALE OR RE-USE OF THISE BOTTLE FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS)
