Amber swirl decanter from local Artist’s Estate. Value?

I picked this bottle up at an Estate Sale of a local artist. I would like to know it’s age and approximate value. There are swirls that begin under the lip/ spout, one bubble with some sand in it. The bottom of the stopper is rough and was attached to the neck of the bottle with wire when I purchased it.

This is, I believe, a modern piece so it has some decorative value. It does look similar to 19th century glass but the handle attachment gives away its age...
