Decanter, possibly with Egyptian pharaoh on it?

Anyone know anything about this decanter/bottle--what type of liquid did it hold? do the images on the decanter have a name? does the bird stopper go with it? what year was it produced? what year was the bird stopper produced--if it is separate? who created it? The only writing on it is "dec" on the bottom, which I assumed stood for decanter. Thank you for looking!

Hi. I just purchased one of these. I have a cork top but no bird. That would be sad if it belongs with it. Ha!

What did you use to clean yours? I have not attempted to yet. It is so modern looking to me. I love it!!!!

Did you ever find out any information at all about the decanter?
