It is mid 20th century, undoubtedly machine made. The difficult part in identifying here is that although it says Dr. Pepper Bottling Co., it is not the Dr. Pepper product.
There are plenty of people collecting ACL / crown-top soda bottles, but there is no good resource online. No doubt there are thousands of different bottles from many small manufacturers across the US and other countries.
