I have associated the "D-1" mark with the NATIONAL DISTILLERS PRODUCTS CORPORATION based on labeled examples.
I have also seen on a decanter with labels for OLD TAYLOR made by the Old Taylor Distillery Co. Frankfort, KY, Louisville, KY (Old Taylor Whiskey)
