Chris This picture https://www.pinterest.com/pin/449234131554435544/ provides a valuable clue thanks to the label. Note this pinterest photo is under perfume bottles - that is misleading. What I read from the label is that the bottle contained flavoring Your bottle appears to be machine made - I would say earlier 20th century in age.
