Decanter with green, yellow and red "pirate" decoration

Acquired in England but believe it is from the U.S. Bottle is 11 1/2 inches tall with 3 1/8 inch bottom diameter.

Please help identify this bottle.

I have traced this bottle to the Schenley brand.

Ah yes, I am seeing

and I have to admit the decoration on the bottle does lend itself more to rum than whiskey (the Schenley brand is whiskey)

Am now wondering if the parent company of the Schenley brand is behind the D-9 marking....

I have the same bottle except the scene is Harvest and Christmas in red, white and green.
