Help with Mrs. Winslows soothing syrup bottle

Can someone tell me the value of this bottle? It is approximately 5 inches in height. It is Mrs. Winslows soothing syrup, The Anglo American Drug Co. Successors to Curtis & Perkins PROPRIETORS. THE MOLD NUMBER ON THE BOTTOM IS 6. I BELIEVE this to be from 1849 era.

The chip off the bottom is the only defect on it.

This is a fairly common bottle - it is found both with an open pontil mark and also like yours with a smooth base.

Yours dates to the later 19th century.

This bottle is well known since it was a popular brand which contained a fair amount of opium.

Unfortunately since it is common and condition is really a key element to value in bottles, the base flake really does hurt its worth. Even perfect it is $5-10 on a good day, it does have some residual value nonetheless.

What year is mrs.winslow soothing syrup with the #13 on it ???

I have, what I believe to be, much older version. Has 16. on base. Found in TX by RR.

@panther101 - the numbers on the base of this bottle are mold marks and say nothing about its age. This is a later 19th century bottle - the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 ended its production if it did not happen sooner.
