Hi and welcome. You are on the right track - this is a darn common bottle in amber. Yours also appears to be machine made (not entirely sure but best I can tell from pictures) which is also a strike against it value-wise.
Color can be very important to value and this bottle is no exception. Some colors are just really much more scarce. Note that there are plenty of exceptions to the typical rule of which color is more common or scarce.
Condition is also a big driver of value. Perfect, like-the-day-it-was-made shiny new can help the value of even common bottles.
You might find a buyer for this in the $5 to 10 range. Keep in mind most buyers are going to look instead to better quality examples.
