Yes, this is an earlier 20th century bottle which bears the Owens-Illinois manufacturer mark. One frequently sees whiskey bottles in this era with cobweb embossing - I guess this somehow signified barrel aging (or perhaps cobwebs in the head from too much drinking :-)
Not much value but intriguing just the same.
