Found two cosmetic jars more info needed please!

Hi There,

I'm new to bottle and jar collecting however my dad is a lifelong collector so I have some knowledge & ability identifying objects. I found these jars on an old residential/mill site in Leeds, Yorkshire. One of them, my dad tells me is made from 'Vaseline Glass' another from 'Milk Glass' I absolutely love these treasures so it makes no odds to me how old they are etc, I'd just be interested to know any further info on these types of jar. My dad reckons they're from the 30s. What do you think?

That was my thought also, date-wise, but I started looking at adverts for cold cream, Noxema, Vaseline and found most examples from the 20s-30s to be clear jars. The milk glass jars seem to have been used from the 30s to the early 1960s based on what I saw in ads today.

My first thought on the jade tint jar is that it reminds me of earlier 20th century but more research is in order.
