I have owned one or two of these with a label - it is a 19th century beer bottle, most likely 3rd quarter 19th c. This is most likely an English made bottle.
The bottle was blown into what is a three piece mold, and am mostly sure (not entirely clear in photos) that the top was applied to the bottle after it was blown.
You will find that these are quite common - having been made by the thousands or tens of thousands - and do not have much value unless retaining some distinguishing touch such as a label.
