Yes, they do have polished pontil marks on the base and they do appear to be rather finely made with heavy glass but I am of the opinion that they are not particularly old. That is, unlikely more than 50 yrs old.
Value-wise I would expect to see them in a local consignment shop or on eBay selling to someone who would use them but I do not think they have an antique value specifically.
