Owens Illinois jar - Des Pat 93174

My wife found this in our yard. The markings are faint/missing for the year and the use type. I think the manufacture location is a 7 (Illinois) but it could be a 1

The jar holds 30 ounces of water

Looking through a 1930s Owens Illinois catalog I didn't see it

Does anyone Know wnat this was used for? Or how I could learn more?

Your jar is close enough to this one (Happy Time Mustard) not to be a coincidence.
