What is this bottle? Goodwin's Tonic Kahlua

Also searched image. Nothing comes up.
Bottle stopper has cork, but there is a plastic washer below the cork.
Seams on opposing sides of the bottle run through the lip.
Have not checked to see if it glows.
Checked the back of the sticker inside and all I see is adhesive.
The glass is wavy when you look through it.

This is a modern bottle, not antique. It could date back as far as the 1970s or 80s based on manufacture details but my hunch is that it is newer than that. In my opinion, no value.
