I have a 2/5 pint bottle that says New York on the front and has patent no. 101182 on the bottom. Is this fairly rare or common? Any idea what it might be worth? Clean and no chips.
There are other threads in this forum regarding this bottle if you search for "Virginia Dare" (with quotes)
This product thrived during Prohibition - the company specialized in making a non-alcoholic wine. See https://www.bklynlibrary.org/blog/2011/02/22/days-wine-and-onions
They are fairly common and, in clear glass, not particularly valuable - I looked on eBay and find a fair # of completed auctions but almost none are selling. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=virginia+dare+bottle&_sacat=0&rt=nc&LH_Complete=1
