Need help identifying a piece

Hello,

My grandmother just passed away and I was hoping some glass pieces she had that I really liked. The first is a raised dish that looks like Wedgewood, but it doesn't say Wedgewood on the bottom. Instead, it says G862-Green". Attached are pictures.

    Found this today on river Foyle is it just another bottle or is there age to it??
