I found this arrow head hunting. I don't know if its antique or not. It has a pink hew to it and has this six sided star with sun burst design.

I am not sure this is a bottle but perhaps a bowl, dish or other piece of table ware. In general it is pressed glass
The purple tint suggests the presence of manganese in the glass - you will find a bunch of discussion of manganese in this forum.
