Determining If Worth Bringing To Be Appraised

I have woods in back of me with tons of all kinds of vintage glass bottles, jars, etc. I have been saving and cleaning the ones I feel might be worth something. I came across this Hazel Atlas bottle today, perfect condition, except for the rubber top. Wondering if anyone can tell me if this is anything to hold onto. The it has the “H” with the “A” on the bottom, along with the numbers 5792 and 2-8, with one raised circle dot next to the “HA.” Any info would be greatly appreciated!

  • I am not a glass expert, but I found this exact jar buried in my yard. People have lived here since 1908. I believe this is a Le Page’s mucilage bottle (glue). The H over A symbol was trademarked by Hazel-Atlas glass in 1924 and used until the early 60s. Another site said a well-dated dump from 1942-44 had an HA bottle with the 5792 catalog number. I don’t think it is valuable, but it is cute.
