Bottle found in Brazos River (TX) - distinct design and markings on base

This bottle was found in the Brazos River in Texas recently. I've done a bit of research online but cannot hone-in on the exact maker (name and location) and year of this bottle. Attached are several views of the bottle, including full length view, zoomed-in view of bottom design, and picture of the markings on the bottle's base (which reads "L-G 300-3 59"). If you can offer any insight into the specifics on this bottle, I would greatly appreciate it!
