Help identify a 5 gallon glass jug with no writting

I found this in a cellar at my new home. It has no writing at all. It has a seam that runs up the side all the way to the top. Has a slight wavy feel to touch. Haven't had time to clean it up so I do not know what color hue it has. It would also hold about 5 gallons.

This is a demijohn for bulk storage of liquid..perhaps wine. Looks like it is a modern one, judging by the screw top....later 20th century.
The could would be an aqua green. -
