On the reverse roof: 1840
On narrow side: In caps - 12 WALNUT ST. PHILADELPHIA
On reverse narrow side: In caps - E.Z. BOOZ'S OLD CABIN WHISKEY
Neck (spout) collar-type opening
Bottom: Can't read the town but printed N.J.

    Likely the base is marked "Wheaton NJ"

    Wheaton reproductions frequently sell on ebayimage in the $5-25 range.
