1860 h.schoenfelders bitters bottle value ?

Found this 1860 era bottle burriedin dirt in Pittsburgh pa. I know there is only one other that exists that I know of. Can someone tell me the value . It is olive green in color .full of bubbles and in great condition. No cracks nicks or scratches.

    It is a killer bottle, but no one can accurately value this. One can provide a range of value, but only an auction is going to determine what someone is willing to pay.

    And there are a number of people who would be open their wallets for this one :-)

    Look at what things sold for in the recent Ferraro sale which was loaded with great bitters bottles - there is your range of value...

    Chris if you could guess a range where do you think this would fall in a auction type setting ?

    Reason I'm asking is because the owner of the only other one that I know of made me a offer . I'm just trying to make sure it is a fair offer.
