Found in New York. 2oz embossed near the to. On the bottom it looks like a capital H with a capital A in the bottom of the H. Underneath that is, 5k 4669. Included are pics I took. Thanks 1BSC2

There once was a cotton or fabric ball on the end of the metal wire to apply the contents: glue? shoe polish? Maybe someone else has some thoughts on the contents?
