Clear bottle with stopper- identification help.
The bottom seems to say Art 1000. In the middle there is a 2, a circle around a downward pointed arrow, and the capital letter A. The top is more difficult to make out. My best guess is 020 and then a backwards looking J, a space, and then 3022. The side seam looks like it goes the full length of the bottle. The bottom has dots all around it. Any ideas? Any help is appreciated!

Presumably the downward pointing arrow in a circle is the manufacturer mark, but I am not familiar with this and do not see it listed in "Bottle Makers and their Marks"
Are you sure it is an arrow?
Can you provide a clearer picture of the base?
