JGW Bottle

I have this dark brown bottle 220mm tall and 65mm across bottom of bottle. It is embossed JGW and what looks like a large 8 next to the W. I cannot find this bottle. I have found similar but not exact. Does anyone know of this bottle..

    One can say generically that you have a black glass beer bottle made in a three piece mold dating from the mid 19th century.

    I do not know what the JGW initials stand for, but the letters on the base suggest a British origin for the bottle.
